This policy explains what personal data Golden Drivers collects through this site, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

When you fill in the quote request form, we receive: your name, your email address, your telephone number, the pick-up and drop-off addresses, the date and time you want, the number of passengers and items of luggage, your flight number if you provide it, and any details you add.

We collect no browsing data for advertising or statistical purposes: this site uses no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no audience measurement tool.

Why we use it

This data is used solely to prepare your quote, organise the journey and contact you about it. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and then the performance of the transport contract.

Who has access

Your data is accessible to the Golden Drivers staff handling your request, and to the chauffeur assigned to your journey, limited to what the trip requires. It is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland), acting as processor. We neither sell nor rent your data.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that lead to nothing are kept for one year. Data relating to a completed journey is kept for as long as Belgian accounting and tax obligations require, namely seven years.

Third-party services

Two Google services are loaded from this site: the typefaces (Google Fonts) and the location map on the Contact page (Google Maps). Loading them passes your IP address to Google. If you would rather avoid this, you can block these domains in your browser.

Cookies

This site sets only technical cookies necessary for it to work (WordPress session, Elementor display preferences). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data. To exercise them, write to info@goldendrivers.be. We reply within one month.

If our reply does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — contact@apd-gba.be.
